'II" is Jan Matiz second album. Slightly deviating from its predecessor, II explores more minimalist and melodic territory, bedding the acoustic guitar in tiny beats made of slow food and electronic glitch.

While the result might promise acoustic relaxation to some, many cheers and tears have floated into the completion of a work that spans back to 2017, where Jan (aka Marius Mathiszik) spent two months, recording in an abandoned house on the countryside of Groningen.
